Over the past year, ILC-UK have been running Work for Tomorrow, an international innovation competition supported by IRC4HR, to identify the most promising solutions responding to an ageing workforce.
From supporting mental health in the workplace, promoting new learning and skills at all stages of life, to supporting diversity, the shortlist have come up with some promising ideas of how we need to rethink the future of work.
