Launch of the Global Plan on 11th May 2011.
On 2nd March 2010 the UN General Assembly proclaimed 2011-2020 as Decade of Action for Road Safety, acknowledging the need of improving global road safety. In the UK, the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety (PACTS) has organised an event for the launch of The Decade of Action for Road Safety on 11th May 2011.

Older migrants in the Netherlands are particularly vulnerable to loneliness due to health, financial, and migration-related challenges. The Together against Loneliness intervention shows how a culturally sensitive, co-creative approach can strengthen social bonds and improve well-being.
